Welcome to the Hacienda Mobile Home Park.

The Hacienda Park is a family-owned community built in 1963 by the
present owners’ parents and grandparents on the site of an orange ranch
in Placentia, California. It is a beautiful, well-maintained property, and
features lovely gardens with many large trees and flowering shrubs.

The Heritage House on the property dates from 1919, and is available
by reservation for residents to hold social events or meetings.

The current owners, Jeanie Ranney and her daughter Lisa, are on site
Monday through Friday, and would welcome an opportunity to meet you.

Here’s what one of our residents has to say:

“Along with a selection of very nice homes, the Hacienda Park has much more to offer prospective residents. If you are considering purchasing a home in our Park, you will also want to consider the many other “pluses” that are part of the Hacienda…pluses that bring neighbors together and promote a genuine community spirit of friendliness.

You will enjoy attending or being a part of one of the many events here in the Hacienda Park such as our Thanksgiving Dinner, Christmas Party and Dinner, 4th of July Celebration, Mothers’ Day Fashion Show, Fathers’ Day Breakfast. And then you’ll enjoy being with us for Park Productions such as the Lawrence Welk Show, Big Band Memories, Name That Tune Quiz Show, The Fabulous Fifties Party, A Hacienda Luau, and more.

A great way to get to know your neighbors and make friends is to join in some or all of our regular activities. To name a few, we have Canasta, Scrapbooking, Bible Study, The Coffee Bunch, Wednesday Girls, Hand & Foot Poker Nights. To know when an activity is scheduled, just check the calendar in the Hacienda Hawker, our monthly newsletter. The Hawker will keep you posted on what’s going on in the Park, and also includes many articles of interest to all Hacienda residents.

We can’t leave out our beautiful swimming pool, greenbelt area, well-stocked library, Clubhouse, shuffleboard court, horseshoe pit, ping pong table, pool tables, barbecue grill, and our 55-inch TV (in the Clubhouse).”
